  • Kemet – Pioneering High-Quality Marble Alternatives and PVC Boards
    Between 2022 and 2023, we worked with Kemet, a premium Egyptian manufacturer specializing in PVC boards and high-quality marble replacements that rival top-tier Turkish products. Kemet’s primary goal was to expand its B2B distribution network and strengthen its presence in local and regional markets.

    Our collaboration included:

    • Supporting the company’s B2B expansion through CRM strategy development and outreach to hundreds of distributors, exclusive agents, and wholesalers in Egypt and nearby countries such as Libya.
    • Creating a detailed B2B communication manual to train sales teams on handling leads, client responses, and negotiations.
    • Producing engaging digital content, including tailored designs and videos targeting decision-makers in the construction and materials sector.
    • Launching B2C ad campaigns to capture end-consumer interest. Hundreds of direct purchase requests were redirected to the nearest exclusive showrooms and centers.
    • Kemet supported this success by running consistent long-term ad campaigns that maintained visibility and lead generation.

    Through this partnership, Kemet successfully positioned itself as a high-end alternative to marble in the regional market while balancing strong B2B and B2C acquisition channels.
