  • Vandy Vellucci – Repositioning a Saudi-American Fashion Brand
    In 2023 and 2024, we partnered with Vandy Vellucci, a Saudi-American fashion brand specializing in women’s eveningwear and daily fashion. The brand was facing major challenges, including poor ad performance, low-quality photography, and an underperforming website.

    Our contribution was both strategic and operational, covering marketing, digital transformation, managment and human resources:

    • Ad Campaign Management: We funded and launched targeted advertising on platforms like Instagram and Snapchat to acquire customers in Saudi Arabia.

    • Business Strategy & Market Research: Delivered full business development services, including market analysis, competitor benchmarking, SWOT analysis, and fashion trend forecasting.

    • Event & Catalog Production: Organized international fashion exhibitions in Istanbul (IFCO), and designed multiple branded catalogs to showcase product lines.

    • Visual Marketing Assets: Produced video content, reels, and creative visuals to enhance digital engagement and attract a new customer base.
