BIMLEAD is a Saudi-based engineering consultancy firm specializing in Building Information Modeling (BIM) with an executive office in Egypt. Between 2021 and 2024, we supported BIMLEAD in strengthening its digital presence and strategic positioning in a highly competitive market.Our work included:
- Full website review and strategic evaluation of the brand’s marketing, visibility, and positioning in comparison with top global players in the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East.
- In-depth analysis of competitors and their performance across social media, especially LinkedIn.
- Content production across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, including interactive posts and edited videos that highlighted BIMLEAD’s services and real-life project achievements.
- Development of a marketing strategy aimed at both attracting clients and recruiting top engineering talent.
- On-site media production, including professional filming of the company’s Egyptian office and team to humanize the brand and reinforce trust.
- We designed a professional banner and company brochures for BIM LEAD that highlight its services and areas of expertise, aiming to support the sales team and enhance communication with potential clients.
